New owners took over this long-neglected Lake Travis racquet club and set out to upgrade everything for their first full season. The shade structures told the story of the neglect better than anything: the freestanding frames were still sound, but the old fabric was torn — exactly the look the new ownership was trying to shed. Tearing out and replacing whole structures would have spent money where none was needed.
We recovered all three freestanding hip frames with new canvas, cables, and clamps — keeping the structures the club already owned and putting the budget where it shows: the fabric. Going from torn canvas to crisp new fabric makes the whole place feel like new, at a fraction of new-structure cost, ready for reopening day.
