Outdoor walls you can roll up. Sunair and ShadeFX retractable screens turn a patio into a room you can use for more of the year: sun, heat, bugs, privacy, and light weather, under your control.
Exterior screens are vertical shades that roll down from a housing at the top of an opening: across a patio, around a pergola, over a window, or in a garage door. The fabric runs in side tracks or cable guides so it stays put in a breeze. Retract them and the view is open. Lower them and the space becomes a sheltered room.
We install two lines. Sunair's Mastershade screens come with a 4-inch cassette (SC2000), a 5-inch cassette (SC4000), or an open roller (SC2500), plus zipper-track models (SC2200, SC4500, and SC4600) that seal the edges against bugs. The SC1000 and SC1500 cover smaller windows, up to 12 ft wide and 9 ft high. Sunair also makes Mastershade interior roller shades. ShadeFX builds motorized screens for large openings, up to 30 ft wide and 20 ft high. We choose the system, fabric, and controls at the site visit.
