Juliet had a beautiful patio on Barton Springs Road and a Texas sun problem: the space took direct sun through the heart of service, so the most pleasant-looking seats in the house were the last ones guests wanted. For a restaurant, unusable patio tables aren't a comfort issue — they're lost covers, every single day.
We designed a custom sail system in Commercial 95 (340), specified in Juliet's signature colors so the shade reads as part of the restaurant's identity rather than an add-on. The rigging is the same standard we bring to every commercial job: stainless steel hardware, two turnbuckles for clean tensioning, cable rope, and a rope in the hem for a crisp edge that holds its line.
The payoff showed up immediately in the seating chart. The patio became comfortable through the hottest part of the day, expanding the restaurant's usable outdoor seating — and the staff were thrilled, because more available tables means more covers on every shift.
