Everything you see here — writing, photography, video, diagrams, brand marks — is owned by CanopyWorx LLC or used with permission. You can share links and quote short passages with attribution. Wholesale republishing or repackaging requires our written OK.
When you send us a message through the contact form, you give us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you and delivering the work you hire us for. If you send us photos of your space, same deal — we'll use them only to understand your project, unless we ask and you agree to something broader.
Any figures on this site — starting prices, rough ranges, example numbers in case studies — are illustrative. The only price that binds us is a written, signed quote issued after a site visit. We'd rather quote right than quote fast.
Specifications, materials, warranties, and lead times reflect our best understanding at the time of publication. Some products are manufactured by partners (Corradi, ShadePro, etc.); those specs are subject to manufacturer updates. We'll flag any meaningful change before you commit.
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is current. For anything that affects a real decision — pricing, warranty coverage, lead time — get it in writing from us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
