CanopyWorx LLC — operating as the shade arm of Bartlett Sails & Canvas — is the data controller for this site. We're based in Austin, Texas. When this policy says "we," it means us.
Only what you hand us. If you fill in the contact form, we keep your name, email, phone, project address, and whatever you typed in the message field. If you visit the site, your browser sends us standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages visited) so we can keep the site running and see which content is actually useful.
To answer you. To schedule a site visit. To send the occasional project update if you become a client. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever. We don't share it for advertising. If we ever change that (we won't), we'll tell you first.
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email bc@canopyworx.com and we'll reply within a few business days. If you're in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific data-subject rights, those apply in full here too.
