Start from what your space is missing.

You have a covered patio that gets blasted by afternoon sun.

Exterior Screens. Drop a ZIP-track screen on the west side. Done.

You have a deck or pool patio that is mostly fine, but needs cover for a few hours.

Motorized Awning. Cassette mounts to the wall, fabric retracts when you want sky.

You have a slab or open frame that needs to become a real outdoor room.

Retractable Pergola or Louvered Roof Pergola. Pick fabric (Pergotenda) or aluminum blades (Maestro). Both are waterproof.

You want full year-round use, including light rain and afternoon glare.

Louvered Roof Pergola. The blades angle for sun control. Closed, the roof is watertight.

You want to keep the view of the sky from indoors.

Awning, or retracrable pergola. Both etracts out of it.

You want it sealed for bugs in late summer.

Exterior Screens around the perimeter of an existing cover. ZIP-track has no gap to crawl through.

What we won't sell you

If a Corradi system isn't the right answer, we say so.

A motorized fabric awning on a 30-foot west wall in Austin is the wrong system. Too much load, too much wind. We'd quote a louvered pergola, or we'd send you to a shade-sail conversation. Either way we'd say it on the first call.We don't do pop-ups. We don't do weekend rentals. We don't quote over the phone, because we haven't seen the site. We don't show up to a punch list and try to sell anything outside the shade scope.

We don't sell over the phone. We don't ship a system without surveying the site. We don't carry brands we wouldn't put on our own house.

Send the address.

We come measure, check the structure, and tell you which of the four systems fits. One visit, no charge. Real number within a week.

Floor on Corradi systems is roughly $12K installed. We say so on the form so nobody wastes a week.

Push a button. The shade goes out. Push it again. The shade comes back.

That's the system.
